FOLDER defaults/* will be copied to ~/.jimc FOLDER regions/{region}/* will be copied to ~/.jimc after the defaults
SAVING will copy any file in ~/.jimc back to regions/{region} if the file name already exists in regions/{region}
regions/{region}/jimc.jlnp will be executed. If not present defaults/jimc.jnlp will be executed
